From September 2021 to March 2024 I was fortunate to have played a mighty role in the development process in many seasons for the Men's and Women's mainline collections at Abercrombie & Fitch in Columbus, Ohio.
There I designed with many talented designers and collaborating with such knowledgeable and hard working cross functional teams. I learned how to lead design process from start to finish while maintaining a proactive mindset to learn, test and explore future developments.
The Process!
It begins with the thought process of demand and your customer mindset. Knowing who, what, when and why is key when to designing a good product.
Exploring, testing and learning your customer is a part of that process to always shaping
your creation. I was put to this test to understand the Abercrombie & Fitch clientele upon the
hiring process to prove I knew how to do so.
